The Consumer Electronics Association is betting that a happier staff has shorter commutes and lives closer to work. And the association is giving away $25,000 to prove it. CEA is offering all of its full-time employees the funds in a three-year forgivable loan to use as a down payment on a home near the trade group’s Arlington, Va. headquarters.
